You have 30 days to decide, based upon your own experience whether they will work for you. If you decide to return the cranks within this 30 day period, all you need to do is to clean them up and pack them in their original container using the original packaging (so be sure to save this), insure the package, and send it back to our warehouse. After we receive your (undamaged) cranks we will refund your original cost, minus $12.00 shipping fees (plus extra for FedEx 2Day or FedEx Priority Overnight). Note that the 30 Day Guarantee does not apply to E-Club discount models, Q-Rings, replacement RS4X chainrings/small parts, and previous year (2003/4/5) closeout models. All sales are final on these systems, although the two year warranty does apply. All sales final on chainrings, small parts, clothing and systems used beyond the 30 Day Guarantee period.

All sales are final for purchases. These products do not qualify for the 30-Day Guarantee, however there is a full 2-year warranty. Exchanges accepted for like value items.
